After a non-public ceremony, 1000’s lined the streets of Bray, the coastal city O’Connor known as her dwelling for over a decade, to pay their last respects as her cortege handed via en path to her burial.
Eire’s president, Michael D. Higgins, attended the non-public ceremony and stated: “The outpouring of grief and appreciation of the life and work of Sinéad O’Connor demonstrates the profound impression which she had on the Irish individuals.”
