Serves two.
Substances
- 1 purple pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 rooster breasts
Technique
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place the purple pepper on a baking sheet and drizzle it with one tablespoon of olive oil. Roast the pepper within the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or till the pores and skin is charred and blistered.
2. Take away the roasted purple pepper from the oven and place it in a heatproof bowl. Cowl the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit for about 10 minutes. This may permit the pepper to steam, making it simpler to take away the pores and skin.
