Princess Eugenie gave beginning to her second son with husband Jack Brooksbank on Might 30, she revealed in an Instagram submit on Monday.

“Jack and I needed to share the information that we had our little boy, Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank on thirtieth Might 2023 at 8.49 weighing 7.1lbs,” Eugenie, 33, wrote within the Instagram submit.

She shared a photograph of the new child carrying a knitted blue-and-white hat, in addition to a picture of her oldest son, 2-year-old Augie, touching his child brother on the top.

“Augie is loving being an enormous brother already,” she wrote.

The newborn’s title honors Eugenie’s late grandfather and Brooksbank’s late father

“He’s named after his nice nice nice Grandfather George, his Grandpa George and my Grandpa Ronald,” Eugenie wrote in her submit.

Ronald was the daddy of the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson. He died in 2003, on the age of 71. Jack Brooksbank’s father, George, died on the age of 72 in 2021, days earlier than Augie was christened.

Ernest is thirteenth in line to the throne, behind his huge brother.

Princess Eugenie, who’s the daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, met her now-husband Jack Brooksbank whereas snowboarding in Switzerland in 2010, they usually received married at Windsor Citadel in 2018. Their first son, August Philip Hawke Brooksbank — Augie for brief — was born in February 2021.

The couple attended King Charles III’s coronation in Might alongside Prince Harry.
