An announcement, attributed to a BET Media Group spokesperson, learn: "We’re deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, identified to the world as Jacky Oh, a gifted 'Wild 'n Out' member of the family whose affect might be without end treasured and missed.
"Jacky Oh was a loving pal and beloved colleague of the 'Wild 'n Out' solid all through 5 seasons," it continued. "Extra importantly, she was an incredible mom to 3 lovely kids."
"The BET Media Group extends our honest condolences to the Smith household, DC Younger Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all associates who cherished and cared for Jacky Oh throughout this tough time."
